What's going on here? Is this pair of wrasse lovers...or fighters? I don't see a spawning rise, but then again, I don't see the fish nipping aggressively at each other.

1. not seeing any distinctive colour differences between the two, I'd guess same sex.
Male (terminal) wrasses typically keep a harem of females, and when the male dies, the most "senior" female changes gender.
This could have been two equally "senior" females fighting over who was to take over as head male.
