Submerge's N-19 SALTWATER DPV

Willy isn't the only one of just finding out about new products for Divester this week. Sure he's the only one in Orlando, at DEMA, getting all the free swag and waking up with the huge hangover, but we're still plunking away here in the cheap seats.

Submerge scooters, who we've kinda mentioned before, has come out with a new, small, high powered DPV that looks like it won't give you a hernia. It weights 50 pounds, has approx 100 min burn time and uses a snazzy waterproof NiMH battery pack.

At first glance, it looks like it's in between the size of an Xscooter, approx 35#, and the standard Submerge scooter, which is around 70#. It's made of HDPE, think PVC, and uses Submerges classic "motor-cycle" handle for throttle control. I like the integrated handle in the nose cone as well, it's a nice touch.

Look for this to drop in early 2007 for about $3500.
