While I'm not giving up on Paul Kotik's posts from David Blaine-side, I thought I'd do some searching for some additional information on The Person in the Waterball. Turns out, there are a lot of people that have things to say about Blaine and his stunt. Like me, many are amazed at his pruning fingers. Like me, most people are incredulous, and not a little annoyed, that he calls himself a magician. Unlike me, no one seems to care that Khoo Swee Chiow has already surpassed the goal that Blaine intends to reach. Alas, I am but a small voice in a howling wind...
Anyway, an estimated 160,000 people have already visited Blaine in his bowl. Many of them have taken pictures or video of the event. If you want to see some great stills of Blaine, head to Flickr. There are already hundreds of images of Blaine in his Ball. Moreover, YouTube has several videos on David Blaine, including this bizarro one of people dancing around the ball, all Svengali-like:
