Curaao Dive Festival If you're busy in June and can't make Bonaire's Dive Into Adventure, maybe you're free in May for Curaçao's Dive Festival, scheduled for May 20 to 27. Curaçao has more than 60 dive spots along its coastline and boasts 57 coral species and more than 500 species of fish.

Curaçao's Dive Festival will feature plenty of guided dives and a number of workshops -- with speakers like Marty Snyderman; Richie Kohler and John Chatterton; Robert Myers; and Peter Bennett. Registration for the event is free. If you don't know where to stay on the island, check out the list of hotels offering airfare credit.
