Scary Shark: Real or Not?

I don't know the origin of this image, but it's pretty cool. And pretty scary at the same time. The caption reads: "Sitting in a 3.8-meter sea kayak and watching a 4-meter great white approach you is a fairly intense experience." Um...yeah.
I think the terrain looks like the area around Gansbaai, which is the cage diving capital of the world.
Of course, we know that bored clever people can do all sorts of things with sharks and images of sharks. But what do you think? Is this image real, or has it been Photoshopped?
