SeaSoft Scuba Products claims its engineers have invented an adjustable jacket-style BC that is “perfectly fitting.” That sounds like tough talk, but their Pro BC features horizontally and vertically adjustable straps, as well as adjustable front and shoulder straps. It’s a one-size-fits-all solution to BC-sizing. Their secret is built into the BC’s air pocket and allows you to shorten or lengthen the sides without bunching up any extra material or creating drag.

Moreover, the cleverly-designed Pro BC comes with a retractor for your flashlight built into the one of its pockets, and another retractor on the other side of the BC to hold your gauge console, which I think is a smashing idea. Finally, they also have what they refer to as a Triple Point Mounting System, which “virtually eliminates tank sway, slippage, or other tank movements.” SeaSoft’s Pro BC retails for $650, and could be an excellent choice for stocking the dive shop you hope to run own one day...
