Bottom Time Radio Interviews Jill Heinerth

HeinerthMuch in the way Time is scooping our stories, Scuba Diving is, too. (Jerks...) Anyway, Bottom Time Radio – who we’ve mentioned before – was recently singled out in Scuba Diving magazine as “diving podcasters to watch.” Congratulations to them, of course, for that mainstream recognition.

If you’re not sure what’s so great about BTR, check out their most recent podcast, which features an excellent interview with Jill Heinerth, the diving director in the movie, The Cave. Heinerth – who worked with underwater cameraman Wes Skiles on the film – taught all the actors in the movie to dive. The podcast is about 40 minutes long – which is a bit long – but it’s good. Jim and Jill had a good rapport and it feels much more like a conversation than an interview. Very cool, guys. Can’t wait to hear the next one.

(FWIW – Yours truly provided the news segment on this podcast. So does that mean Divester somehow also got mentioned in Scuba Diving? No, I didn’t think so either.)
