Neptus 60 Cliff Dwelling

Neptus 60Neptus 60 is a modular cliff dwelling designed “to create a cliff side environment in harmony with nature.” Forget that: it’s got a bitchin’ view! Customizable to the height of your personal seaside cliff, the Neptus 60 is composed of a 3-bedroom, bi-level living area on the top of the cliff; a mid-cliff observation deck; a wharf for your Trilobis; and an underwater observation globe so you can admire your reef. Residents can access the various floors via a winding staircase or a glassed-in elevator.

Designed by Naval Architect Giancarlo Zema, the Neptus 60 is vaguely reminiscent of Seattle’s Space Needle. It’d be perfect either for watching Acapulco’s cliff divers or for taking in a pre-dive sunrise off Cayman Brac.
