The long tail has reached fitness books and now are available to you; operators are standing by and all credit cards are accepted. Cameron Martz’s book, Fitness for Divers, was recently released. This is the first and only fitness book that is completely dedicated to exercise for scuba diving. Fitness and scuba diving go hand-in-hand especially in technical diving area where the gear is heavy and good cardiovascular health is essential for gas consumption and decompression.
