Fitness for Divers

fitnessfordiversbookThe long tail has reached fitness books and now are available to you; operators are standing by and all credit cards are accepted. Cameron Martz’s book, Fitness for Divers, was recently released. This is the first and only fitness book that is completely dedicated to exercise for scuba diving. Fitness and scuba diving go hand-in-hand especially in technical diving area where the gear is heavy and good cardiovascular health is essential for gas consumption and decompression.

As a side note, it's good to point out that all the diving tables were intially made for the Navy; where the divers are typically 19 years old and in amazing physical condition. So for those of you out there who want to improve your fitness for diving or maybe just see your toes for the first time in years, the book is available now.
