Own Your Own Sub?

sportsubWhen you get your income tax refund check, consider spending it on one of these bad boys.  In business since 1987, SportSub manufactures 2, 3, and 6-person submarines, for personal, resort, or "surveillance" use.  Depth-rated to 130 feet, the subs travel between 1 and 5 miles per hour and can remain submerged for about 2 hours.  Battery-powered electric thrusters propel the machine through the water, and scuba tanks provide the air.  Overall, a pretty clever little design, I think.  Prices start at $44,000 (training costs an extra $2000).
