It bills itself as the oldest, largest, and most complete online scuba diving directory in the world, and lays claim to over 10,000 listings of divers, dive shops, dive spots and so on. I took a spin around and was impressed. It goes deep. Country by country you can find info on dive sites and places to hook up with fellow divers. A solid site.
