Top Five Dives for Value - Caribbean/Atlantic

Where are the best 10 dives for value in the Caribbean and Atlantic? Bonaire gets the nod, but oddly, NOT the Turks and Caicos, which I believe a superior spot. Also, Curacao doesn't get it's due. Perhaps they should have extended the list to top 10.

Anyhoodle, the readers of Scuba Diving Magazine listed their favorites (and others) at this link, but here's their list.

1. Utila, Bay Islands, Honduras
2. Cozumel, Mexico
3. Bonaire
4. Saba
5. Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Any thoughts? Other recommendations?
